Mr. Walter Drimer -- Chairman of the Board
Mr. Drimer is a successful entrepreneur and business development expert with extensive experience in building management and technical teams. He is the President and CEO of Genesis International Group and has been responsible for more than $500 million in transactions over the last 40-years. Throughout his career, Walter has founded several companies and new ventures in both the for-profit and not-for-profit arenas, including Genesis Search Group, Inc., an executive search company specializing in biotech and health care; Innovation Plus LLC, a smart fastener technology company; and American Private Investors Group, an angels club that matches entrepreneurs with private investors. Walter’s most recent project was the cofounding in 2005 of Bright Source Energy/LUZ II, a solar energy and clean fuel technology enterprise. Todate Bright Source has raised in excess of $600 million in debt and private equity.

Mr. Julien Meissonnier, MSc, MBA -- President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Meissonnier has over 20 years of international business experience in product development, marketing, business development, consulting, financial and general management. Since 2001, he has been the founder/manager of R.O.I. Consulting, a business development consulting company. From 2001 to 2008, he was responsible for business development at Evogene, an agro-biotechnology company whose company valuation rose from $1 to over $100 million as signed agreements with the global leaders in the field and went public on the Tel Aviv stock exchange. He also served as CFO of Pigmentan, a specialty chemicals company and as Business Development Manager with Sol-Gel Technologies, a start-up that signed a strategic agreement with Merck KGaA. Prior to moving to Israel, he was Global Marketing Manager at Ciba-Geigy/Novartis in Switzerland for a $200 million product line. Early in his career, he held product development and technical customer service positions in France and the USA at Rhone-Poulenc. Mr. Meissonnier holds a Diplôme D'Ingenieur in Physics of Materials from the INSA Lyon, an MSE (Chemical Engineering) from the University of Washington, Seattle, and an MBA from INSEAD, France.

Dr. Harvey Kasdan, PhD -- Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Kasdan is the original co-developper of LeukoDx technology platform together with prof. YC Tai of Caltech. Dr Kasdan has more than 25 years of experience in In-vitro Diagnostics systems development as Director of Product Development, VP R&D and Chief Scientist of IRIS International in California. Dr. Kasdan drove several medical devices from concept to market launches and prepared four 510K FDA submissions that resulted in market launches of products currently generating over $60 million in annual revenues. He is the inventor or co-inventor on 25 patents, and has published over 40 publications. Dr. Kasdan holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from MIT and a PhD in Engineering from UCLA.

Bruce Davis, MD -- Chief Scientific Officer
A well respected hematopathologist with over 25 years of experience in flow cytometry diagnostics in particular. He is also Founder and President of Trillium Diagnostics, a company that develops diagnostic assays for clinical cytometry and laboratory hematology. He leads research and development of new diagnostic products for laboratory hematology and secured intellectual property on a flow cytometric assay for quantification of a human biomarker to be used in the first LeukoDx cartridge. Dr. Davis has over 100 peer-reviewed publications and serves on the editorial boards for journals of cytometry and laboratory hematology and has provided consultation to a number of medical diagnostics companies. He received his BS in from Cornell University in New York and his MD from University of Connecticut.

Mr. Micha Rosen – Project Manager
Micha Rosen returned to Israel at the end of 2011 to join LeukoDx as Project Manager after spending 11 years in the USA. During that time, Mr. Rosen first worked as a Mechanical Engineer for MedTech a developer of DNA microarrays systems for laboratory test and validation equipment for the biomedical field, as a Prototype Development Engineer at the NASA Ames Research Center in California, as a Senior Mechanical Engineer for Apieron Inc, a medical device startup that developed and commercialized a novel exhaled nitric-oxide (eNO) asthma monitoring system and as Engineering Project Manager at EarLens Corp. a medical device startup developing a novel photonically driven hearing aid for consisting of an IR laser diode that optically drives a microactuator that directly vibrates the eardrum. Micha Rosen holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineer from Ben Gurion University of the Negev.

Dr. Yehoshua Broder, PhD – Chief Biochemist and Laboratory Director
Dr. Broder is a biochemist and molecular biologist with extensive experience with research and development, in particular signal transduction, immunology and molecular interactions. Prior to joining LeukoDx, he was an entrepreneur in drug development. Before that, he was a research scientist at the Israel Institute for Biological Research. Dr. Broder has developed and implemented new biological experiment techniques for elucidation of biochemical pathways as the RRS method and others. He is the author and co-author of numerous papers describing the development of unique experimental methods in these fields. Dr. Broder holds a PhD in molecular genetics from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel, and a BA in chemistry and MSc in biochemistry both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.
